The professionalism of the staff, breakfast included, restaurant on site, very close to the airport and public .

Great place and location, just a 5 minute walk and 20 minute ride to get to Unita which was near the city center. The rooms were nice and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was slightly different each day. The ladies that did breakfast lit up the morning and started my day off with a smile and a laugh. I would come back here again.

Located in a great place outside the heart of the city but close enough to hop a street car that goes directly into Florence. Free parking in a lot that is fenced off and designated just for the hotel. Felt comfortable that my car was much safer here than parking it on the street. I was also able to leave my car in the lot the day I checked out so I could spend another day in town. Room is basic and clean. Connected bathroom was nice. Front desk personnel were great. Although busy much of the time, they gave full attention to each guest next in line, answering questions and taking care of the guest. They speak English well, in addition to a few other languages. They also sell tickets for the streetcars. Delighted to find this hotel has a lift. Although I was only up one floor, it was so nice not to have to carry my suitcase up a flight of stairs. Breakfast is perfect: breads, meats, cheese, juices, yogurts, etc. - typical breakfast most hotels serve.

Helpful staff, explained about the tram (only 3 minute walk away) into town centre and also sold us the tickets at the normal price. Really good Continental Breakfast included, eat all you like.

You get more than you pay. Staff is really friendly. Rooms are good, bathroom is refurbished. Parking is great and it’s free. Breakfast is regular for this type of hotel. Great value for money.
